Return Policy
In the unlikely event that there is anything wrong with your fresh salsas please do not return them to me. Due to the nature of the product - it being fresh and requiring special packaging and overnight delivery - there is no point in sending it back. Please contact me instead to discuss the issue and I will do my best to resolve it for you.
Refund Policy
As a micro micro micro one-woman business I would like to avoid as many refunds as possible! Obviously I'll be doing this mainly by providing banging salsas and great service first time around.
Inevitably though, things go wrong. If something's not right with your salsa or delivery please get in touch as soon as possible so we can come up with a solution that is fair. My deepest desire is to provide you with the BEST salsas you've ever had and to add flavour and convenience to your life. So if I can have the opportunity to deliver, I'd appreciate a second chance!
